Cable Support System

  M*RAK incorporates several ranges of Cable Support Systems including ladders, trays, trunkings, wire-mesh trays, channels, concrete inserts, cantilever arms, cleats, fasteners and accessories.
M*RAK are used in high specification applications such as on oil rigs, power plants, airports, petrochemical and chemical plants and in high quality industrial and commercial installations and buildings.
The ranges differ in loading capacity, design, material, and finishing. Materials range from stainless steel, mild steel, electro-galvanised, pre-hot-dip galvanised and high silicon steel, to aluminium. Finishes range from hot-dip galvanised (BS729), epoxy powder coated, to top quality Fluoropolymer coated.
Our cable ladders are successfully load tested and certified to NEMA 5E standards. Cable trunkings are tested and certified to SS249:1981.
M*RAK's metal framing system is designed as a support system which has almost infinite permutations. It provides for a rigid structure without welding or drilling.
The Vari-Cleat has been designed to facilitate fast and easy installation of cleats and cables. No special tools are necessary, it can be mounted horizontally or vertically on cable tray, ladder racking, 41mm wide channels or any flat surface. A high specification, all-metal, cable cleat is suitable for marine, chemical and generally harsh environments. Fire resistant units are also available.
